Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the status of feasibility implementation of information architecture in public libraries in Kerman (dependent on the institution of the public libraries of the country). Methodology: The present study uses descriptive studies in a statistical sample of 62 people in nine public library staff in Kerman in the year 2015. Due to the limitation of the size of the community, do not store the samples and all the people were considered as statistical sample. collect information using validated researcher and validity (0.88 and 0.90).Findings: The test results showed Schapiro vilk research data of the normal distribution. Statistical data using spss software (EDI) 21 both description and analysis of case analysis. At the level of the frequency distribution tables using describe, average, standard deviation and deduce surface using a single sample t-test to verify assumptions and action. The results showed that none of the layers of information architecture in the general direction of the city of Kerman bookcases implement optimal information architecture in place. As well as for the implementation of information architecture using similarity to ideal option (topsis) among the public libraries of various attributes, including the city of Kerman (the skills of librarians, technical equipment and facilities available in the library, the library's budget situation and telecommunication infrastructure) were studied.Conclusion: The results obtained regarding the status of information architecture and all its layers showed: martyr motahhari library with a coefficient near 0.737 compared with other libraries in the first priority of the event, and can be used as it is the first library The public in Kerman for the implementation of information architecture, the central proposal of the national library, with the coefficient of the second position near 0.704 Shahid beheshti library with third place in 0.627 near coefficient. Finally, suggestions about the research hypothesis.

Background and objective. The major objective of a library is to support the educational, research, and cultural system libraries are valuated as driver elements of efficient and effective activities and services of the supporting and healing process, in addition to the aforementioned goals. The impact of knowledge on service organizations is higher compared to manufacturing organizations, and on the other hand, the ever-increasing number of service organizations has attracted more attention to this valuable asset in the world of service business. Library and internet investigations regarding the knowledge sharing behavior among librarians and service value creation for users in university libraries completely signify the fact that in our country, despite the many studies conducted in the field of knowledge sharing and service quality, modeling the impact of knowledge sharing on service value creation in the country's university library environments has been entirely abandoned. The aim of this study was to determine the components and provide a process model for creating service value in academic libraries through knowledge sharing behavior among librarians. Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose, and exploratory in terms of survey approach. The statistical population of this study was 19 experts in the fields of knowledge management and librarians who had full knowledge of the structure and status of university libraries and the duties of librarians working in these libraries. An in-depth interview was conducted until the theoretical saturation. In this phase of the research, the snowball sampling method was used. To do so, the first expert was selected according to preliminary investigations and more experts (among university professors, executive managers of university libraries, and experienced advisors) that have authority regarding knowledge management and service management and can help enrich the research model. In the qualitative phase of the research, the grounded theory method was implemented, and thus the main tool for data collection was conducting in-depth and unstructured interviews with experts in the marketing field. In these interviews, the researcher attempted to softly approach the discussion and gain the initial trust of the interviewees in order to pose questions regarding the antecedents and grounds for service value creation for university library users via the knowledge sharing behavior among librarians, the environmental factors impacting it, the consequences of this phenomena.

Purpose: The present study has been conducted in order to investigate the feasibility of the preservation and maintenance systems in public libraries of Kerman. Methodology: To develop the study the sample of study including seven libraries in Kerman were selected Findings: The results are as follows: The public libraries of Kerman enjoy an average level of using electronic systems of preservation and maintenance, and information and communication technology. Familiarity and proficiency of the employees with the electronic systems of protection and maintenance were of a desirable and acceptable level. The public libraries of Kerman don’t have the necessary budget in order to take advantage of electronic systems of preservation and maintenance. The quality of the management approach toward the electronic systems of protection and maintenance shows an average of 3.349 which is evaluated as pretty desirable.Results: Regarding the findings of the study, the necessity of devising some plans for affording hardware equipments, passing helpful rules in order to supply the budget, and also providing the employees with necessary educations seem necessary.

Purpose: the present study aims to identify the dimensions and components of 5S and measure the job satisfaction of the staff of the National Library and Archives of Iran based on these components.Design/Methodology/Approach: The research method is survey and the Statistical population of this study are all employees have Bachelor's degree or higher in the National Library and Archives of I.R of Iran (NLAI). Using systematic sampling, 220 of them were selected for review . Findings: This Study is identification of aspects of 5s in terms of job satisfaction and measurement of satisfaction of personel of National Library and Archives of I.R of Iran (NLAI) based on them. The results of the analysis show that the organization of the components of the mean (74.3), with an average order parameters (64.8), clean the components with average (64.3), a standard component of the mean (77.5) and disciplinary components of the average (90.7) in the national Library and is in good condition. Conclusion: National Library and Archives of iran is in a good position to observe the 5s components.

Background and Objectives: The user interface of libraries' websites has a decisive role in optimal performance, and libraries can, when they can, have a good performance so that users can communicate with them. In this research, from the viewpoint of library and information professionals, and from the point of view of compliance with the Nielsen ratings, it has been examined whether these criteria have been addressed in the design of the UI web site. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the interface of the National Book Web site of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the level of compatibility of this website with Nielsen's components in a revealing approach. Methodology: The present study was a survey based on revelation evaluation. Nielsen's Revelation Assessment was first described in 1990 at the Human-Computer Interaction Conference, which included the use of a small set of evaluators to check the user interface environment and to judge that the user interface features are matched with pre-defined check log criteria. Simple random sampling has been used to choose, but considering that in the user interface studies with an opposite approach, it is better to use expert data. In this research, two main criteria were the criterion for selecting the evaluators. Therefore, 37 individuals were selected randomly, which had two conditions: 1. having a minimum undergraduate degree in librarianship and apprenticeship; 2. Understanding the concept of the user interface. Cranach’s alpha coefficient was used to assess the validity of the check list. The results obtained with 77 questions on the 37 users showed that its alpha coefficient is equal to 0.96, which is a high coefficient. In order to assess the validity of the check list, Content validity method was used in this study. Findings: In this research, the pattern of revelation that has been identified by numerous studies as a valid universal model for measuring the user-environment utilization has been used to evaluate the user interface environment. The results of the study showed that the degree of compliance of the interface with the " The clarity and feasibility of the system", " the correspondence between the system with the real world", " stability and consistency", " aesthetic aspects and simple design", " recognition instead of reminding messages ", the components of "user control and release", "helping the user to prevent and correct errors", "flexible and system efficiency", "guidance and documentation" are modest, and the level of compliance with the "error prevention" component is very low. Also, the results of the evaluation indicate that on the website of the National Library of Iran, the criterion of control and freedom of action of the user of the website, with 37.84 percent of the criteria, is more consistent with the criteria than the other components and the criterion of error prevention with a minimum of 19.5 percent compliance is the least consistency. The Nielsen component has ten components. To further benefit from the website of the National Library of Iran, the problems in the web interface that interfere with the users' perception should be identified so that designers of the environment try to resolve their work problems. Considering that in this research, it has been attempted to review the problems of the system by observing all the problems of revelation, it is still possible that there would be problems that the evaluators have left behind. One of the problems found on this site is the bustle and confusion of the UI page. It is not possible to define a different user interface for specific user groups. Data analysis showed that the interface of the website interface of the National Library of Iran with 10 components of Nielsen is generally higher than the average. This website did not have a desirable standard on some of the Nielsen model. Discussion: The review of the findings of the study on the degree of compliance with the criterion of visibility of the status of the system suggests that users believed that the website of the National Library of the Islamic Republic of Iran will alert them to a great deal about what is happening through appropriate feedback. Also, regarding the compatibility measure between the system and the real world, the result showed that the user interface of the National Library website is largely consistent with this criterion. It seems that the user-interface designers of the National Library of the Islamic Republic of Iran website has been working more towards alignment between the system and the real world. The goal of each site is to help users to interact more with the system; therefore, compliance with this criterion is the focus of attention on the user and his needs. Web site control and users’ freedom of action has a special place in the user's minds, which attracts them and creates interest in them, increases user interaction and facilitates user interaction. The status of this benchmark is modest on the website of the National Library. Considering the importance of the flexibility and system efficiency, it seems that the designers of the website of the National Library of the Islamic Republic of Iran should place more emphasis on the components of the "possibility of color change", in specific cases by the user and "the possibility of personalization of the way information is displayed" in order to reach the desired level in terms of the "flexibility and system efficiency" criterion. Given the importance of benchmarking user assistance in identifying and correcting errors, the National Library website designers need to focus more on the components of helping users identify errors and fix them, informing users of possible errors and applied issues, so that this criterion lead to the expected and desirable situation for users. In the "user control and freedom" criterion, it is not possible to define a different user interface for specific user groups, as well as non-personalization of displaying existing information.

Methodology: This study is a survey research and of course, library approach has been used as well. Data were collected randomly by distributing 144 questionnaires among public libraries employees in Kerman province. Findings: Evaluation of Data analysis findings were presented using SPSS software. , knowledge management criteria, organizational culture, strategy, human resources, information technology, and direct and meaningful relationships with the quality of the public libraries and information services in the province. Conclusion: Using the criteria of knowledge management in public libraries, quality of the library information service are improved. In IT variables regression analysis, coefficient determination with 0.37 and coefficient determination with 0.30 have the greatest impact on the quality of library information services.
